Billets

Steel Billets

A steel billet is a semi-finished solid length of steel with a square or circular cross-section, created as an intermediate step in steel manufacturing. . They serve as the raw material for forming finished long products like bars, rods, and wire. They conform to standards such as ASTM A108, EN 10060, and SASO specifications. Billets typically have cross-sections between 100x100 mm and 180x180 mm and lengths ranging from 6 to 12 metres. They are then transported to rolling mills where they are reheated and rolled into finished long products.

Billets are good and magnificent raw materials for Bar (TMT & CRS) manufacturing. Billets are made by Ladle pouring Method to avoid defects like Blow Holes, Piping and Cracks. Our steel billets are designed for superior performance in various industrial applications and manufacturing processes, ensuring reliability and excellence in every product. We offer them in various sizes, shapes and thickness to meet the clients' specifications and demands.
